Feeling lucky today!
Sometimes even though we're not running a race together, one of us sisters does something cool enough to warrant a post. Today was one of those times and I was fortunate enough to be the one doing the really cool thing, Awesome actually. Here's the cliff's notes version...

What doesnt kill you makes you....
I know what you're thinking... "stronger!", but that's not been the case for me recently. What hasn't killed me has just made me sore....and left me feeling my age!

A very important question
I'm sitting here enjoying the sweet taste of our Spartan victory this afternoon and finishing up this story I started last week. So my very important question is this, "What's the worst that can happen?" I usually ask myself this question when I am contemplating doing something crazy or when I'm trying to make important life decisions. I think this is why some people call me crazy, but I think I'm the sane one. I take chances. I try new things. And I generally never pass up a dare. I've learned that you typically won't regret the things you do, it's the things you pass up out of fear or self doubt, that haunt you. So, this simple question serves as a catalyst for a lot of awesome things in my life.

Cold running
It isn't too often that a short training run at a pace that is slower than most people walk warrants a blog story, but today's run sure did!

Kirby's Angel version 3.0
It's not too often you can say your best decision at a race was taking your pants off, but that was definitely the case for the sisters at our 3rd Annual Frostbite Marathon Relay this year! Yes, Mird and I both took our pants off during today's race!
